DECIDE TO GET STRONGER & FITTER BY SIGNING UP

Fill in your details to join our 28 Day Challenge and one of the team will be in touch to arrange getting you started.

STEP 2

ATTEND YOUR INTRO SESSION

We begin with an intro session where we explain how everything works, complete your Body Composition Scan, give you a personalised nutrition plan and also show you the correct technique on some of the main gym exercises we use.

STEP 3

GET PAIRED WITH YOUR COACH

After completing your intro session one of our expert team will be assigned as your designated coach, they'll make sure you stay on track and get Stronger, Fitter (and Leaner if that’s your goal) without feeling confused and overwhelmed.

STEP 4

LIFE CHANGING GROUP TRAINING

Every week you'll be coached through group training sessions that are specifically designed to help you become Stronger, Fitter & leaner. Plus you will be in a motivating & positive environment.

STEP 5

GET GUARANTEED RESULTS

We absolutely guarantee you’ll get impressive results, we're that confident in what we do - but if you're not happy with your progress, we will happily give you a full refund.

STEP 6

CONTINUE YOUR JOURNEY

Nutrition guidance that is individualised to you - we use a flexible approach so you can get results without missing social events or feeling like you’re constantly on a restrictive "diet".

Support & ACCOUNTABILITY

The first 28 Days are crucial for learning and forming habits. So you will have a weekly check in with your designated coach for your first 28 days, then you will have email access to your designated coach once you sign upto membership after the challenge (providing you love what we do and want to that is!)

Self review system

We use state of the art technology so you can track your physical progress and combine this with a members monthly self review system.
