Favourite exercise: Anything that gives me a mental workout as well as physical.
Least favourite exercise: Deadlifts.
What makes you train personally? To be strong, fit and healthy for my family and to lead by example to our epic members.
SAM DIMMICK
How long have you been at RMF: Since 2013.
Favourite exercise: Bicep Curl.
Least favourite exercise: Cardio.
What makes you train personally? I love experimenting with different methods and programming and I want to have a good rig for holidays. (As shallow as that may seem I also know this will have a positive impact on my long term health).
OLLY WANE
How long have you been at RMF: April 2016.
Favourite exercise: Bench Press.
Least favourite exercise: Thrusters.
What makes you train personally? For me, the feeling of always wanting to be better. Every rep, set and session makes me feel better than the person I was before. I do it to stay healthy , to be confident in myself and in my capabilities.
