01 SCAN AND MEASUREMENTS

To access your starting point we use state of the art InBody scanners along side standard measurements to assess your weight, body fat, visceral (internal) fat, muscle mass and hydration. We'll then review these with you to help you set realistic goals.

02 PERSONAL CALORIE AND MACRO TARGETS

We calculate your own personal calorie and macronutrient targets, tailored for your specific goal, based on your body composition and adjust them depending on whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, maintain weight etc.

03 PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLAN

We provide you with a plan showing you what your calorie and macro targets looks like in real food. We'll also share tips on how to create your own meals as well as balancing eating the foods you enjoy.

04 FOLLOW THE PLAN AND TRACK

Trust the process. We provide education on how to track your calories and changes in your body composition via My Fitness Pal so you can monitor your own progress. We also provide teams around mindset and keeping on track.

05 ASK FOR HELP/SUPPORT

Review, refocus and reset. If you need extra support, speak to a coach in the gym, message us via the Facebook group or book in for a 1-1 review.
