General
All sessions must be paid for in advance. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received
I certify that my answers to the Health Screening Questionnaire form are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform my trainer of any conditions or changes in my health, now and on-going, which might affect my ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury
I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness programme I acknowledge that RM Fitness and my trainer are not responsible, except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of my trainer
Please don’t buzz in to the gym more than 10 minutes prior to your session start time
I will adhere to the health and safety regulations as explained to me before the sessions and it is my responsibility to follow the exercising and lifting techniques taught to me by my trainer
All members must ware clean foot ware and be prepared for outdoor training. This includes bringing adequate layers.
I understand my progress is dependent upon my effort and cooperation outside of the Personal Training session itself
RM Fitness is not responsible for any damage or theft to any of the members property including vehicles and contents of vehicles
Boot Camp
The 90 day commitment
Both the ‘Express Programme’ and the ‘Intensive Programme’ are run off a 90 day (three month) financial commitment. These three months are consecutive months.
Your payment will automatically come out your Pay Pal account every month, starting from the date your initial payment was made.
We ask for a 90 day commitment to continue to uphold the company’s philosophy of getting results. Our research shows this 90 day time frame maximises our clients getting significant results.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription within the initial 90 day period we ask you make an appointment to speak to Russ to complete your exit from the programme.
After your initial 90 days you continue to be a member of RM Fitness and the payment will continue to be taken every month. However, you are free to cancel this whenever you wish, via Pay Pal.
Booking sessions
It is your responsibility to book yourself onto the sessions of your preference with enough time to make sure there is availability at that particular session.
If you are subscribed to the ‘Express Programme’ this allows you to access to 8 sessions per month. Please note, this is one month from your renewal date. You cannot accrue any of these sessions into following months. From a results point of view, we recommend you aim to complete two sessions per week as to stagger your training. However, we understand this is not always logistically possible so we leave it to your discretion to stagger your 8 sessions the best you can over the month.
The same above applies for the intensive programme; however you are entitled to 16 sessions over the month.
Saturday and Sunday morning’s sessions are exactly the same. For this reason, we strongly recommend you do not train at both sessions as you are at increased risk of overtraining and therefore injury.
To cancel a booked session simply log in and under ‘my sessions’ press the red cross under the ‘cancel’ column.
In order to allow all members an equal chance to book sessions, we ask that if you can’t attend a session you cancel (as outlined above) the session with as much notice as possible.
RM Fitness reserves the right to revoke the use of this booking system to any member at any time if they are not complying with any of the above points.
Down Grade & Upgrade
If you wish to upgrade from the Express Programme to the Intensive Programme you must do this via the website. This can only be done within 24 hours after your renewal date.

Money-Back Guarantee
We want all our clients to achieve significant results and be completely satisfied with the programme. However, if at any point during the first 30 days you are not satisfied with the programme you are entitled to a refund.
This refund will be through Pay Pal.
In order to receive this refund, you are required to make an appointment to see Russ and let him know your reasons for being dissatisfied with the programme.
Results
RM Fitness is underpinned with a very strong ethos for results. Your adherence to the programme is necessary to see significant results: Firstly, we expect you to attend the amount of sessions per month that reflects your package, plus put the effort in when you are on the boot camp sessions. Secondly, we also require you to follow the nutritional and lifestyle advice given to you at your first session.
Interruptions to your Boot Camp Programme
Holidays:
RM Fitness will not freeze or refund/reimburse any sessions missed through holidays
Illness & Injury:

Boot Camp Schedule
The Boot Camp Schedule is subject to change.
Sessions will only ever be cancelled by RM Fitness, due to unforeseen circumstance or force majeure. Should this ever happen RM Fitness are not liable for compensation.
Personal Training
I understand that I have to take my sessions within a 6 week period and that any sessions remaining from a previous block of sessions will be invalid unless I have prior consent from RM Fitness management.
To cancel a session I need to contact my trainer with more than 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will mean I lose that session from my block booking.
If members are consistently not following the above guidelines then RM Fitness reserve the right to terminate your membership.
