FatLossMaleTo burn the most body fat in the least time, we use our tried and tested 3 step model to assess the four major components of effective fat loss; nutrition, lifestyle, exercise and attitude.  Most trainers’ mistake is to only consider their client’s exercise levels; however exercise forms only part of the equation when it comes to getting rid of unwanted body fat.

Our 3 step model is:

  • Assessment:
    this is establishing a start point to work from. We will first listen carefully to your goals and what you want to achieve. We will then analyse; fitness, strength, balance, posture, core stability, flexibility, motivation, nutrition and lifestyle.

  • Fat Loss Action Plan:
    here we will use the results from the assessment to firstly, set some targets for you to work towards, and secondly, create a training programme that will include advanced fitness work, muscle conditioning, core stability training and flexibility development all used in conjunction with the all important nutritional and lifestyle adjustments and advice.

  • Monitoring:
    You will work one on one with a trainer at least once per week, here the trainer will provide you with lots of varied training techniques and also monitor both your fitness levels and body composition to ensure you are progressing at the optimal rate.

What can I expect?

Over a typical 12 week training period with us you can expect to lose up to 10% body fat, equating to 4-6 inches off your trouser size and 2 stone in body weight. In real life terms this is the difference between having a ‘beer belly and man boobs’ look and having a defined torso with rippling muscles.
