RM Fitness Boot Camps are run for 4 weeks at a time and meeting 2-3 times per week. The sessions are based on the training regimes of competitive athletes and strongman competitors and incorporate kettle bell training, odd object lifting, circuit-training, bodyweight-training and cardio conditioning as well as flexibility drills.

Due to the types of exercises involved in addition to the team environment, the fitness boot camps have earned a reputation for getting fast results.

What can I expect?

After a month long boot camp you will make some great mates as you work together as a team and begin to relay on one another in team tasks. Your fitness will massively improve and your ability to perform body weight exercises can increase by 200%.

Finally, you will drop unwanted body fat at a rapid rate with most women dropping a dress size over the month, and men a jeans size.
