HOW DID YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF PRIOR TO STARTING THE PT SESSIONS?
After previously losing weight, I felt "thin" and wanted to feel "solid". Within a month training with Russ my body shape had noticeably changed.

WHAT METHODS OF ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS HAD YOU TRIED BEFORE?
I had been resistance training by myself for several years and had achieved reasonable results: these results accelerated quickly with Russ.

WHAT TRAINING TECHNIQUES DID RUSS USE WITH YOU?
Progressive resistance training based around a structured, methodical approach and completion of a training diary. In this respect, Russ demonstrated a very quick understanding of my personality and what made me tick. This, ultimately lead to the fantastic results I achieved.

WHAT GOALS WERE YOU LOOKING TO ACHIEVE THROUGH YOUR PT?
I was looking to increase lean muscle mass and develop a reasonable physique. I put on over a stone in weight and reduced my body fat to 5.1% at its lowest.

PLEASE DESCRIBE THE PT EXPERIANCE
Fantastic motivation when training; support when not training and a feeling that Russ is really bothered about your progression and results. First rate in every department. (and a lot of muscle soreness!)

PLEASE LIST THE RESULTS YOU ACHIEVED:
At least a stone of lean muscle gained and massive body fat reduction with more definition than I could've dreamed of achieving.

People in the gym asking me what I was doing to achieve my physique elevated my confidence greatly. I never thought I would be deadlifting 170kg.

WAS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU ACHIEVED OR EXPERIENCED AS A RESULT OF THE PT THAT YOU WERE NOT EXPECTING?
Ultimately, my PT experience with Russ lead to a genuine interest in training, so much so that I am now a fully qualified Personal Trainer.
