After being recommended by the event organisers to train 10weeks before the event I was left with arduous task of cramming it into 7weeks due to other commitments, having the expert guidance and structured training programme delivered by Russ I not only completed the run but came in under the Parachute Regiments 1hr 50mins for the 10mile run carrying 20kg but also lost a stone in unwanted body fat and improved my fitness considerably.
