Russ designed 3 or 4 programmes for me each lasting from 6 to 10 weeks. Every programme was specifically based around my sport, rugby, and more importantly my position on the wing.

With the programmes Russ designed for me I increased strength, muscle, weight, fitness, speed, stamina and core stability, evidently a lot more than anticipated and this it has improved my game enormously.
When I started with Russ I was 13 stone (at 6ft 1 ins) and carrying too much body fat, I am now a lean 15 stone with 14% body fat.

Russ also taught me about healthy eating and what would help me with my training both in the gym and at rugby, he devised a plan of what kind of foods I should be eating in relation to what kind of training I was dong.

Without the training, help and advice I received of Russ it would have taken a lot longer if ever to reach the standard of rugby that I am currently playing at.
