I approached Russ for Personal Training as I was looking to improve my fitness levels, as I am the team captain for my Sunday League Premier League football team. I was looking to increase my cardiovascular fitness and power and after several weeks training with Russ I found that this had a very positive effect on my performance levels on the pitch.
The sessions with Russ changed every week and I feel that with the varied and detailed activities that he had prepared massively assisted me to achieve my fitness goals. Many of the sessions involved circuits, boxing and core work and I feel that with the help and expertise of Russ, I was able to not only obtain my fitness objectives but to surpass them, which I was very happy with.
