This package includes, punch bag work, spot pad imitation sparring sessions and other techniques. Boxing training is a great way to lose body fat and drastically increase fitness levels.
Boxing training is also integrated into many of the other packages such as fat loss and boot camp sessions.
What can I expect?
You will learn the correct techniques first, then you will learn how to put combinations together and finally we will challenge your fitness in a way that is specific to boxing.
