The purpose built RM Fitness Training Centre is conveniently located near Wigan Town Centre and within a five minute drive from the M6 motorway.
We cater for a wide range of individuals with the commonality being a desire for results. Thus the Training Centre has been custom built for this. We house 80 square meters of wrestling quality mats, several punch bags, a suspension training area, a full set of pro grade competition kettle bells, power bags, ropes and other functional training tools, a treadmill, rower, spin bike and a comprehensive weights room. Our attitude towards fitness kit is; If it works we use it, if it doesn’t we don’t.
We have changing facilities, a toilet and free parking on site.
We aren’t your usual ‘globo’ gym, we don’t offer monthly memberships and your time training with us is fully structured, supervised and instructed at all times. The basic principle behind the Training Centre is you visit us for Personal Training sessions or Group Fitness sessions, such as Boot Camp, then when you’re not at our training Centre we direct you with cutting edge periodised, personalised training programmes to carry out at your regular gym or in your home.

Weights room, designed to cater for both women lifting lighter weights right up to the international athletes we work with at the centre. The first machine was very difficult to get hold of, its from America and is used to train the NFL players called a 'jammer' press
Punch bags, suspension training area and functional training area
Cardio kit. We don’t do lots of steady time working on this type of kit as its boring and there are more effective training systems. We perform the higher intensity, interval type stuff that gets the faster results. Note how the kit is opposite the boxing area, makes for some great circuits!
